Length of Stay on a Multi-entry offshore Visa

Visas are typically issued for one or two years, starting from the date of exit; the 180-day stay is calculated from the date of arrival. Holders can stay for up to 180 days continuously on this visa.

Visa Application Requirements

You may apply for a visa while located outside Indonesia. Required documents include:

– A passport photo (must be valid for at least 18 months before expiry)
– A personal photo
– An English-language bank statement for the last three months, showing a minimum balance of $5,000 or its equivalent
– An invitation or official letter from government authorities or a local company confirming your collaboration (*this can be provided by us*).

Visa Extension Process

Extensions are charged separately. To extend your visa, your passport must be submitted, and the process occurs in Indonesia.

When to Start Multi-entry offshore visa

Initiate the extension process at least 14 working days prior to your visa’s expiration. We must have your passport at least 10 working days before the deadline.

Required Documents for Extension

To extend your visa, please provide:

– A photo of your boarding pass confirming your entry to Indonesia
– A photo of your entry stamp or an electronic confirmation of your entry (if you used automated passport control, please inform us)
– Your original passport

*Note*: Damaged passports or entry stamps (e.g., torn or wet) may not be accepted by immigration for renewal.

Starting the Extension Process

To begin, upload a photo of your entry stamp sticker to your personal account in the ENTRY STAMP section (the link was emailed to you after submitting your questionnaire). If you went through automated passport control, let us know so we can retrieve your electronic stamp.

Passport Retention Duration

Typically, while renewing your visa, your passport will be held for about two weeks.

Expedited Processing

If you wish to expedite the process, we can accommodate quicker deadlines.
Normal Process: Approximately two weeks.
Expedited Process: 3 to 7 business days, depending on your request timing and the specific details of the extension.
