Tourist Visa for Entry to Indonesia (B211)
The B211 tourist visa allows for a single entry into Indonesia and is conveniently issued online, eliminating the need for a consulate visit. Notably, this visa can later be transformed into a KITAS without the necessity of leaving the country.
Important Information
– Validity and Extensions: The B211 visa is valid for 60 days from the date of entry. It can be extended twice for 60 days each time.
– Visa Processing Fees: Costs for preparing visa documents vary based on processing speed.
– Children’s Visa Requirements: Conditions for children’s visas mirror those for adults.
– Cancellation upon Departure: This visa is designated for a single visit and becomes void upon exit.
– Extension Requirements: When extending your visa, you’ll need to provide a boarding pass and/or proof of your return flight to Indonesia.
Required Documents for Visa Application
Applicants must submit:
– A scanned photo of the main passport page, which must be valid for at least 6 months at the time of submission, featuring the photo and name.
– A recent color photo resembling your passport picture, ideally set against a red or blue background.
When to Start the Process
Begin the extension process 14 working days prior to your visa expiry. To ensure a timely extension, we must receive your passport at least 10 working days before the deadline. You must also provide a boarding pass and/or proof of your return flight.
Documents Needed for Visa Extension
To extend your visa, you’ll need:
– A photo of your boarding pass confirming your arrival in Indonesia.
– A photo of your entry stamp or an electronic document validating your entry (please inform us if you used automated passport control).
– Your original passport.
Note: A damaged passports or a damaged entry stamp is problematic. Immigration could reject it. We do not assume responsibility for failures in this case.

Passport Processing Duration
Typically, the processing of your passport renewal takes around two weeks.
Expedited Processing
For faster processing, an expedited service is available:
– Normal processing: Approximately two weeks.
– Expedited processing: 3 to 7 business days.
Current procedures do not require biometric submissions at the Immigration Office.
